Title | Research on the Mobility of Fire Rescue by Attacking Hose Lap - A Case Study of Haishan Branch |
||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | This study is aimed at the effect of connection position of attacking fire hose during the fire field. The attacking fire hose is one of the important tools in the fire field. Its function is mainly to send the water from the fire truck to the fire field for extinguishing. The length of the hose is not long enough to go deep into the fire site, so it is necessary to connect it in series for attacking waterline. Usually, the firefighter must come out from the fire site to connected the attacking hose in series. It takes a lot of time and oxygen consumption to connect an attacking hose and then pull the waterline into the fire, which affects the efficiency of disaster relief and the workload of firefighters. In this study, with or without pre-connection, twelve experiments were performed at three different locations. From the data analysis of 72 times, it is found that there is a pre-connection hose, and its location is in the lower half of the fire floor and The fire floor is the most efficient method for firefighters. If a fire breaks out and the personnel do not encounter extreme fire at the door, they should use pre-connected hoses, and the series connection position is between the lower half of the fire floor and the fire floor. The combination of hoses allows firefighters to deal with fires more efficiently. |
