Title | The Analysis and Implement of The Onken Bass Reflex Loudspeaker Systems | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | The speaker systems can transfer electrical power to sound pressure, which combine music art, aesthetics, electricity, mechanics and acoustics. There are many kinds of speaker systems of different structures, Different speaker systems have different music presentation effects. In this study, the Onken bass reflex speaker system is designed and analyzed. The speaker system uses JBL D130 full-range 15-inch units, and the plate uses 25mm multi-layer plywood to actually build the Onken bass reflex speaker cabinets, and set rectangular bass reflex holes on the left and right sides of the front baffle of the speaker. The rectangular sound conduits are arranged at the reflection hole. The LEAP simulation software was used to explore the effects of speaker size, the number of sound-absorbing cottons, and the length of the rectangular sound duct on the bass frequency responses. The appropriate speaker size is designed, and the Onken bass reflex speaker systems is actually built and tested. The built speaker system is actually tested with music, and performs music with good sound quality. Keywords: full-range loudspeaker, bass reflex enclosure, rectangular sound duct, frequency response |
