  • Abstract With the rise of the second wave of fresh food stores and the popularization of smartphone coverage, the demand for online shopping has increased significantly. Convenient community-based station service, shortening the delivery time, in order to prolong the inventory time of goods, regional home delivery in the north, central and south requires a larger and more convenient storage space. Frozen storage can lock the freshness and preservation of food, and warehousing Logistics is also accompanied by more workload and energy demands. The research focus of this paper is on the establishment of freezer storage and the construction method of freezer storage. The new type of freezer storage is different from the traditional freezer in construction and construction, and it has more systematic control of environmental sanitation and the hygienic quality of fresh food.
      This research case is from the foundation engineering, steel structure hoisting, steel bearing sheet laying, combined with steel bar binding, formwork assembly and then pouring, and the main infrastructure engineering construction and thermal insulation material construction are integrated. To ensure a benign thermal insulation effect, the pre-planning space for the freezing and refrigeration areas reserves openings, and the combination of freezer board, XPS and freezing equipment is used with the thermal insulation material. According to the actual construction record process of refrigerated storage, remedial and preventive measures are also proposed for the repair and anti-collision protection of the refrigerated storage board for the normal occurrence of defects.
