  • Abstract China currently has 101 building in Taipei, Kaohsiung 85 Building and other high-rise buildings use complex formula, the rapid development of science and technology with the humanities, the proportion of high-rise buildings in the city and also rise buildings, high-rise buildings in Disaster Prevention and Relief Strain it has been an important issue for the government and domestic experts and scholars explored, and the center of the fire authority will become the first line of the first strain relief unit, general fire rescue, firefighters and fire control authorities concerned not new, but with respect practical experience in rescue and relief operations rise building fires can be said to be slightly less, this study will implement recent accident scene commander of the fire department operation mode sets the system for high-rise building fire, as well as by high-rise building fire real soldiers rescue exercises, study concludes fire authorities in high-rise building fire rescue can use strategies.
    High-rise buildings for fire behavior, this study summarized the fire in high-rise building fire rescue authorities a total fire rescue policy operating procedures, a large number of patients injured accident operating procedures, fire rescue and other fire-fighting tactics used three strategies, expect that through this research data, to make the fire authority can actually use as a reference value and an appropriate rescue strategy and provide firefighters fire rescue work Reflections on the high-rise building direction.
