| Abstract | The central competent authority and the local governments of counties and cities have not standardized the operation procedures, and there are also many obstacles in implementation.Today¡¦s violations of regulations and illegal buildings are ubiquitous and unchecked; the government¡¦s public safety for buildings.When the public security accident occurs, the importance of building public safety will be emphasized.A total level of security is a priority. At the same time, attach importance to building public safety inspection visa declaration and management.Work can reduce the number of casualties and property losses in the event of a disaster. This study believes that only by establishing a public safety management mechanism system for buildings can it reach buildings.The goal of public safety precautions is to strengthen the protection of people¡¦s lives and property and the maintenance of buildings.Safety in use; this study is based on the relevant theoretical concepts of building management systems and building local autonomy.Through the literature discussion, questionnaire survey, and the concept of local autonomy,The Regulations and Regulations hope to provide local governments with reference to the regulations on building management autonomy. |
