Abstract | In recent years, the accidents of the public safety of buildings usually cause the serious damage of people”¦s life and property. Some construction which surely passes the decorative examination cannot pass the standard of buildings”¦ public safety inspection, and it makes many buildings have to carry out the examination of the interior decoration and improvement twice. This situation not only wastes money and manpower, but also leads to potential danger imperceptibly, and becomes a huge concern for public safety. This research focuses on several current inspection systems: construction license, domestic environmental impact assessment, building structural design, and interior decoration and repairs. Their relative procedures, destinations, and managements are pointed out and carry out the discussion and study. The review mechanism which includes elements, such as the separation of technique and administration, the simplification of administrative manpower, and intensifying the quality of inspection is arranged, in order to establish the method which is the most effective and avoids the misuse of resources. The complete way of building review mechanism of improvement proposal is indicated, and it includes the conditions and qualifications of building review body, the regulations of review procedure, review body, and examiner, and the training and lecturing for examiners. Moreover, questionnaires are used to conduct the research and analysis, in order to realize and confirm that whether the establishment of a mechanism for public safety inspection of buildings is able to gain the approval, and how to execute it. We expect to integrate the conclusion of evaluative methods from this research, and effectively providing local building administration organization with ways to fulfill the improvement in the future. |
