| Abstract |
Review within country of building maintain and management decree. Lack of proper maintenance and regulation requirements of these building external walls had resulted in public safety concerns. Domestic extreme need establish complete of building external walls examination system. First, this study for building exterior inspection and declaration system to discuss. For Inspection and reporting system establish can implemented specifically Strategy. Establish let government units be able to grasp building facades status of management System. Promote building facades maintain examination in the future. Have clear and complete check model to management ordinance for reference. The draft check item index of this study after analyzing by using the Modified Delphi Method, framework of the index details are established. Second, this study used expert interviews for "inspection system" and "reporting system" content to use expert's own professional experience to provide suggestions for improvement. Make this Study establish reporting mechanism can more suitable actual demand. |
