Hardcopyindustryistraditionalandlocalizedbusi-ness.Tomakeabreakthrough,howtoreprocesstoresolvethedifficultiesarethetoponepriority.Themainproposeofthestudyistounderstandthemaincharacteroftheownerof-copyshopandhowthecharacterwillinfluencetherepro-cess,knowledgemanagementandskills.Thisresearchbasedoncasestudy,includinginterview,observa-tion,datacollectionandanalyzedtounderstandthereprocessofthehardcopyshop.Thestudyhasfoundoutthatdigitizedalreadyisatrendandstandardi-zed.However,theweaknessofthetraditionalhardcopyshopcouldnotmakethemostofcopymachinebecausetheydon'thavetimeorthinkit'sdifficulttolearnhowtousecom-puterwhichwillbealossofthedigitalizedcopymachine. |
