Keyword | |||
Abstract | This paper is aimed at the opening of National Highway No. 5 in June 2006. Yilan county has become a good place for leisure and relaxation in the northern region. Therefore, the hotel and hotel industry have sprung up, especially the newly added Yilan farmhouse, although it is for farmers. Improvement has a positive impact, but it has brought about negative impacts such as illegal use of farmhouses, that is, the problem of ˇ§three violationsˇ¨ (illegal law, illegal structure and illegal construction), as well as the continuous loss of excellent cultivated land, the fragmentation of farmland landscapes, and the pollution of farmland drainage. This study firstly used the information of Yilan County B&B and hotel in 2003-2018 to check and correct the error data, address location and location number and location number query, and then through spatial analysis: the hotel is concentrated in Dongshan Township and Wujie Township. Sanxing Township; hotels are concentrated in Jiaoxi Township, Luodong Town and Yilan City, which is related to the distribution of the main sightseeing and recreation areas in Yilan County. In addition, the time series shows that the number of homestays has increased rapidly after two years of snow tunneling; only the number of homestays after the 2008 financial tsunami did not increase until the number of homes in 2013 and 2014 increased significantly; the hotel industry before the opening of the Snow Mountain Tunnel in 2004-2005 is a fast exhibition store. At the final, according to the information on the new farmhouses in Yilan County during the 2011-2017 years of the Republic of China, after data review and revision, spatial analysis showed that the newly added farmhouses were concentrated in Jiaoxi Township, Yuanshan Township, Sanxing Township and Dongshan Township. Finally, after comparing the lot number and the land number of the new farmhouse and the homestay, the result shows that 20.71% of the newly built farmhouses are also operated. |
