  • Abstract Because the current lifting equipment often has accidents, and the frequency of using lifting equipment by modern people is also very high, the safety of lifting equipment has become a concern of the public. In places where there is insufficient space for densely populated land in the metropolitan area. Lifting equipment is very important for buildings in high-rise buildings. In order to reduce the incidence of accidents in lifting equipment, maintenance, maintenance, management, and reporting systems for lifting equipment. In-depth discussion in this study.
    In this study, in view of the actual cases and historical documents that often occur in the society, questionnaires are used to inquire about the staff and management staff and management personnel who have practical experience and understanding of building public safety inspections.     In the questionnaire survey, I learned that all circles have some doubts and opinions on the maintenance, repair, management and reporting systems of lifting equipment.
