Abstract | Grow up fast with economy in recent years, with district fast growing, land utilization produce pluralism and getting centralized, cause the city activity to be centralized and complicate, increase the danger of the city environment, because again because the high buildings and large mansions are being built constantly, population is being centralized in a large amount in the city, it is complicated to cause fire type attitude and problem of modernized city to also hasten seriously. And the main reason the narrow alleys gets the fire alarm terrible, providing disaster relief vehicle while taking place in fire unable on reach scene and delay, cause serious property loss or human life injuries and deaths prime time not rescuing smoothly as soon as possible. In this paper, the executive and cadre unit of Sanchong District in New Taipei City are for example. (including the team leader) As the research object them to release the interview questionnaire , the assessment of arrival time of every affiliated unit when the narrow alleys of Sanchong District of simulation makes the fire alarm take place, and deduce the data of the income after necessary time by the actual simulation of position of a fire control squadron and 4 fire control elements, detailed items of analysis to when being value getting heavy to assess error, study its error reason and then, it expect whether it is narrow alleys get calamity, the fire fighter can judgments necessary times and should plan early ahead of time arrives, predict reduce calamity losses and injury to minimize. |
