  • Abstract In order to strengthen the quality management system of the public construction, improve the quality of construction, and set up effective qualitative control e system, one should act upon systematized management as well as effective control step and implementation of construction quality in the full life cycle of public construction, so one can meet the contract¡¦s standard and requirement.
    Regarding the characteristics and environment in construction, one should take of the trend of process approach management model, thereby build a standardized, systematized and transparent mechanism for quality management.
    One can use e-innovation technology and the effective integration of resources for provide a wide range of customized services and communication platform within the organization, to provide engineering product quality assurance, and to improve the owners' satisfaction and ensure consistency and effectiveness of the quality management process.
    Using project quality management e systems, one will be able to maintain and store a project¡¦s contractual obligations¡¦ accumulated information, results, evidence or records within an organization, and achieve the sharing of engineering knowledge, experience exchange, messaging, traceability, preventive and corrective measures to maximize the efficiency and benefit of engineering construction quality management.
