Title The flow characteristic analysis of multply layer of nano-tube electroosmotic pump

  • Abstract This thesis is aimed at the use a nano-tube applying to the electroosmotic pump. Three kinds of nano-tube 20, 100, 200nm films are used with different voltage to experiment the flow control. Power is supplied with 30V~80V voltage. The flowrate increases as well as the voltage for the electro-osmotic effect. Multiply nano-tube films are set to test the flow with different voltage. Double layers of nano-tube films are experimented with the same or different nano-tube. The result shows the flowrate increase more than the experiment of single nano-tube film. The flow under 20nm nano-tube is always better than the flow under 100nm or 200 nm nano-tube. On the double layers of nano-tube flow, the result also shows the flow effect improves as the 20nm nano-tube is used at the former. The multiply layer experiments of the same nano-tube films show that the flowrate of triple layers or double layers has large amount of increase as comparison with the single layer of nano-tube electroosmotic flow
