Keyword | |||
Abstract | According to the statistics of the Civil Affairs Bureau of the New Taipei City Government, more than 630,000 people live in Zhonghe and Yonghe. Due to factors such as population increase, economic development, and land development and utilization, mass transportation needed has increased rapidly. However, the MRT system has been changed into as the main body of transportation in the modern city. As a result, the development of MRT is expanding day by day, as well. In order to improve the personal combat skills and team tacit, and strengthen the response of fire rescue, this study uses previous rescue experience, domestic and foreign disaster rescue cases to find imperfections, so as to strengthen the efficiency of domestic firefighters in the rescue of MRT stations. ¡@¡@Through literature review, on-site investigation, case analysis, expert interviews and situational drills, this study takes Nanshijiao Station as an example; analyzes the disaster rescue cases that have occurred in foreign countries, and finds out the difficulties and deficiencies in rescue. It is more in line with the improvement plan for self-defense fire-fighting grouping and rescue of firefighters in modern MRT disasters. Reviewing the areas where my country's current MRT system can be improved, and reviewing and evaluating the current difficulties in rescue personnel through expert interviews to find solutions, Finally, we will examine and solve the problem through actual military exercises, and hope that the rescue will be more smooth in the future. ¡@¡@Based on the findings of this study, the conclusions and suggestions have been made as following: 1. Situational drills are not only for fires, but also drills for other types of disasters. In addition, every half year should do once. 2. The initial self-defense fire marshalling must be properly effective to minimize disasters in the first stage. 3. Special disasters should formulate disaster relief principles corresponding to various disasters. |
