Abstract | In the rapid economic development, land resources are shrinking. In order to increase space and more convenience, the construction of iron factories, illegal regulations, and land use patterns are inconsistent. Due to the unsatisfactory demand for various needs, the company has begun to increase the internal production line changes, alterations and illegal construction, and often ignores the setting or reduction of fire safety equipment. On April 28, 107, the fire of Jingpeng Industrial Pingzhen Factory was shocked by the government. Under the review of government agencies, it was no longer limited to the fire protection system. Instead, it was a comprehensive review of the case and proposed a general public security strategy. In effective the fire prevention management system and equipment maintenance can certainly achieve the purpose of inspection, maintenance and qualified declaration. In this study, it is learned that the general factory personnel have low awareness of maintenance of fire-fighting equipment, and the lack of fire-fighting equipment has accumulated over time, resulting in excessive maintenance prices. Selective maintenance or firefighting agencies will only be able to achieve maintenance and improvement after opening a limited time improvement order. If the customized annual maintenance is carried out, the system's integrated maintenance work, repair work and declaration work, etc., will reduce the equipment damage and will certainly achieve the declaration pass rate. Can return to the purpose of legislation and improve disaster prevention. |
