| Abstract | As human life progresses and technology develops, people paid more and more attention to their living conditions. These days interior design that including renovation and presale house decoration has become a normal occupation, and case modality gradually developed from simplification to quantity production. This research project concentrated on quantitative remodeling in Hotel-style apartments which background based on fifty-one household remodeling at the same time. And approach on quantitative remodeling from four different angles which are: ˇ§Management modelsˇ¨, ˇ§Management featuresˇ¨, ˇ§The problems and causes of managementˇ¨, ˇ§Performance managementˇ¨. Five showrooms are remodeled over the simulation and quantification, then we duplicate the design and programming to 46 rooms and got the quantification research successfully. This research provides the progress of field investigation and analysis on the 5 showrooms and the renovation of the 46 rooms. Including SOP drawing system, implement constructional norm by specified chart, purchase price based on quantity, saving complete contract process record, building production line, maintain environmental quality and protection at site. |
