Abstract | Taiwan from agricultural development to the present industrialized societies,The number of workers increases year after year,The government is also increasing emphasis on the safety of workers,100 years of domestic labor occupational hazard of death Thousands pay rate 0.031%,Disability Benefits Thousands rate to 0.293%, Catastrophic Coverage Thousands rate to 3.829%, Overall occupational hazard Thousands rate T 4.153%; Set the reference value and programs(96 years) compared to Decline sequentiall to: Deaths fell 8.88%ĦBDisability fell 17.69%ĦBInjuries fell 5.43% and the overall decline of 6.44% (Council of Labor Affairs), showing that the country is still room for improvement in safety and health at work. The Government's TTQS assessment and training evaluation is to enable workers who work more safely and reduce the incidence of occupational accidents, and many of the fatality, from the most basic reason is "people" unsafe behavior, followed by an unsafe environment, and unsafe equipment. This study is based literature education and training quality system assessment indicators, national training quality-related research, and TTQS the assessment indicators, the present study, summarize, analyze, and each classification, so that enterprises and training units in the process of education and training or in the evaluation can be strengthened and more attention to some of the items, so do it in a systematic education and training, but also more effective, and a basis. |
