Abstract |
Employee characteristics have a profound impact on the management of the company. Careless employees, doing things often do less with more, often need to be in charge of instructions, supervision, and even aftercare; however, careful employees often give inferences about the efficiency of doing things, the manager can also supervise easily, and not afraid of mistakes. However, there is little literature on how different employee traits will have an impact on the process performance of a company. This paper uses flow theory to explore the impact of different employee characteristics on business process performance, and finds that many valuable information can be obtained, which is difficult to obtain by other methods. To illustrate the method, a numerical example is also presented to illustrate how to apply this method. |
