  • Abstract Along with the era of rapid change of technology improvements on the manufacturing, service and agriculture industry¡Ketc; it has exhausted emissions to our environment. Such emissions have a significant impact to the planet we live in. Today¡¦s people not only focus on the importance of healthy diet but also raise the awareness of environmental protection. Let me use agriculture industry as an example, foods are people¡¦s main source of nutrition, but in recent years, many agricultural products were testified on containing excess of the "pesticide residues". It has become a concern for people who tried to have a healthy diet life. People will be worry about the daily food that contains excessive agricultural pesticides. Therefore, "pesticide residues¡¨ has become an increasing concern for consumers. In order to better understand the impact of agricultural production on the environment, this study will cover the following topics: (1)Organic Agriculture¡F(2)ISO 14040 Life cycle inventory (LCI), Life cycle analysis (LCA) and Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA) and Guide PAS 2050¡F(3)PAS 2050: 2008 Specification for the assessment of the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions of goods and services¡F(4)Rapid Bioassay of Pesticide Residues (RBPR), Using Yihe-yuan organic agriculture farm as an empirical study, build the "organic farm management and carbon footprint inventory standard operation procedure and product category rules. At last, use the SimaPro7.2.4 to calculate ¡§the organic agricultural product equivalent emissions CO2e carbon footprint¡¨ and a "carbon footprint integrated organic agricultural product a report (1Page O CF Profile) ", the results will be easier for us to follow up and for 3rd party verification purposes. This case calculated through the SimaPro7.2.4 Life cycle inventory (LCI)software showed that the carbon footprint for organic agricultural product such as cucumber 6.86 kg CO2e, Bell peppers 6.63 kg CO2e, and Sweet Pepper 6.64 kg CO2e; in the "growth stage " have the most contribution and the largest impact on the environment. Organic farms can improve their program according to this experiment in order to fulfill the corporate and social responsibility.
