  • Abstract This study main discussion by class c fly ash (Pozzolans material) manufactures high performance concrete feasibility and with ACI plain concrete check analysis. In the research the high performance concrete is three kinds differently admixture, especially low sulfur subbituminous coal burning produces class c fly ash and the especially low sulfur subbituminous coal and the mainland bitumin (60/40) mix burn become class c fly ash with Sin-Ta Power plant as part produces class f fly ash, and by three kinds of different water-to-binder ratio(W/B) 0.28ĦB0.40 and 0.50, penetration fresh and hardened stage various properties experiment, finds out its difference. The findings showed high performance concrete fresh and hardened property the plain concrete is all good. But class c fly ash concrete in lnitial setting and final setting time all late class f fly ash, demonstrated the CaO content high fly ash is unable to reduce it effectively lnitial setting and final setting time, but has the positive benefit to the strength development. Moreover durable test result, class c fly ash concrete the superficial resistance value compares class f fly ash to be low, mainly is because the Fe2O3 content high factor, therefore application in the high water-to-binder ratio when must attention specially. As for volume expansion question, class c fly ash the substitution cement amount 30%, the high performance concrete does not have the over expansion behavior, other each class c fly ash also can achieve with class f fly ash same effect.
