  • Abstract This study aims to explore the spatial planning and configuration of the cleaning team sites in New Taipei City, and to evaluate the satisfaction of cleaning team members with the current working environment, spatial configuration, and facility conditions. In addition to searching relevant websites, the data used in this study are provided by the New Taipei City Environmental Protection Bureau. Through field research using observation and questionnaire survey methods, three cleaning team sites in Shiding, Yingge, and Xinzhuang were selected as the survey objects.
    A total of 116 questionnaires were collected, and the analysis of the questionnaire results showed that nearly 70% of the team members had a positive attitude towards the overall conditions of the current site, especially in terms of overall space, ancillary facilities and operation management. After analyzing the basic data, it was also found that team members with long working experience and aged between 41 and 50 years old may be more adaptable to
