Abstract | In recent years, with the increase of the population of New Taipei City, and the economic has grown rapidly, the diversity and concentration of land use have resulted. There are still many old apartments in Shulin District , and the streets have not been planned, resulting in some narrow streets, and with the aging of population and the migration of a large number of move in and rental houses, it has increased the difficulty of fire rescue. This research intends to conduct fire simulation rescue based on the narrow alleys and building characteristics of the old apartment in Shulin District, New Taipei City , and discusses the rescue methods when the fire occurred to used various fire trucks and human resource in narrow alleys and conditions of the venue, and analyze the correlation between fire rescue and equipment, human resources and environment by means of drills, so as to analyze improve the efficiency of rescue disasters when fire hazards occur in the narrow lanes of old apartments in Shulin District. The narrow alleys in the forest area are discussed through three schemes: scheme 1 fire fighters are equipped with fire locomotives, scheme 2 strengthen the public's knowledge of fire prevention and install water mist equipment and scheme 3 strengthen the application of firefighters' two vehicles and five people's rescue tactics. In the exercise of the actual implementation of the rescue plan for the old apartment fire, the decision matrix analysis was used to decide to use the plan 3 strengthening the application of the firefighters' two-vehicle and five-person rescue tactics as a fire simulation rescue to effectively improve the firefighters' ability to rescue the fire in the first time. At the same time, it can improve the rescue ability of fire fighting units, and effectively improve the efficiency of rescue disasters. |
