| Abstract | The Study is based on the benefit evaluation of the BIM for the MEP systems of buildings. Collecting data to understand the historical evolution of BIM,and then using BIM technology applied to the construction management of MEP projects.We will discuss 2D graphs into 3D geometry.After the modeling,we use SEM and CSD technology to check and optimization between of the buildings and the MEP systems. Finally, through expert interviews, we will further explore the technologies of BIM 4D, 5D, 6D and 7D, which can be widely used in the supervision and construction of MEP systems in buildings. It is used for construction simulation, estimated cost and energy analysis, and can be used as the asset management of buildings in the future, so that the buildings can achieve sustainable development. |
