  • Abstract Airplane is the most rapid means of transport of human activities, so the operation of the airport, whether it is civil economy or national military needs long-term planning and management, and with the progress of human life technology, the Earth's resources due to the development and rapid decrease, After long-term use of the airport track the build of the engineering, the construction of the main material gravel grading is to become a major challenge, and recycled aggregate concrete is one of the important resources of the airport engineering to explore its repeated use of regeneration, whether can achieve the track accept weight and strength, the main goal of this study.
    This study is use of the aircraft parking ground built when the old slab of the abandoned recycled aggregate concrete, reference to airport facilities specifications (such as: FAA, ICAO) through the three reuse of coarse aggregates (test group) re-made meets the airport stiffness to pavement bending property 45.5 kgf/cm2 concrete, and natural coarse aggregate as a control group to understand the difference between the two, and to discuss whether the strength of recycled aggregate concrete to meet the design requirements.
    The results show that the water absorption of natural coarse aggregates is 4.29% and the specific gravity is 2.53, and the average bending property of concrete is 47.16 kgf/cm2, and the water absorption of regeneration(through the three reuse)coarse aggregates is between 5.45% and 8.7% , The specific gravity of 2.31 ~ 2.46, and with the repeated regeneration of the increase, the average bending property of re-made concrete of 43.4 kgf/cm2 to 48.66 kgf/cm2. Airport track or aircraft parking ground slab knocked out to re-made of regeneration coarse aggregates, can meet the pavement bending property, but the collapse is insufficient, making the work of poor, seriously affecting the construction operations, so use the regeneration coarse aggregate have to note. For the detailed analysis of regeneration coarse aggregate, the key factor "water absorption" is more than 5%, and in the fresh concrete, should pay special attention to water consumption and mixing order, to avoid excessive or insufficient water, affect the concrete strength.
    This study the bending property of recycled aggregate concrete is between 11.11% and 11.90% of the compressive strength, and the compressive strength of the relationship ¢Ù¡Ô(f'c), the K value between 2.19 to 2.37 between, so the slab strength of the design you can use the reference.
