  • Abstract This paper presents a novel bonus-dispatching method for the employees with heterogeneous work contents. This method includes two suits of indicators and normalized coefficients, which could be easily embedded in the existing ERP systems. Traditionally, bonus dispatching for the employees is managed by their direct managers, who make this decision by their own experience totally even though the employees are doing their jobs with heterogeneous work contents. In general, the bonus means a reward for a department which has over-performance in its business activities. However, a fair bonus dispatching method for the employees with heterogeneous work content has not yet been explored. The proposed method is based on probabilistic approach in terms of the individual performance. Especially, for corporations equipped with ERP-systems, the individual performances can be real-time explored in the system. A numerical example is presented for the explanation of the proposed method.
