Abstract |
The air conditioning cooling system for electrical vehicle is driven by the electrical motor. With varying motor speed method, the flow rate of refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle can be tuning when the heating load is changed, the temperature of evaporator would be controlled. However, the response of temperature is much slower than the response of motor speed, it is a time delay system. The temperature response will be oscillation if the controller is designed well, large oscillation will cause the components damaged. In this thesis, the PID controller will be designed with internal model control (IMC) and the first order Pade approximation, then discuss the parameters of controller with Nyquist stability criterion. It will get the robust PID controller parameters. With the results of computer simulation, the proposed method in this thesis is verified to work. |
