| Abstract | According to the law of number 14-1 and 14-2 Emergency Ambulance of 2013, most public places have generally installed AED. For example, in Shulin District there are having installed this equipment that including Shulin Train Satation, Shulin Police Department, the District Office, neighborhood offices, schools, reception in temples...etc. However, in propaganda we found out that most people don't realize how to operate and setup AED, and the people who always take train as communication don't notice that AED is settled next to platform, even they don't understand how it works. In addition to these places where have settled AED are a part of crew who have taken education training, and if it's the training so long that it can't promise they will use this equipment. What if something happened, they can't assure that someone will be always there. Therefore, the intention of which being asked for public areas extensively established from government has greatly reduced. Based on past experiences in workplace, it's rarely happened to someone who was suddenly suffered from arrhythmia and met cessation of cardiopulmonary function. what if it's truly happened to someone with using AED electric shock, the chance of saving life is enormously improved, and if itˇ¦s really happened without anyone who knows how to operate this equipment, it is going to completely lose itsˇ¦ meaning of establishing AED. The main course of doing this investigation is to know how much people understand AED and it integrates all the questions from people have learnt and met from CPR lessons in past 10 years, raising more about education training suggestions and considering it as enhancing peopleˇ¦s willingness with using automatic external heart defibrillators shock (AED). |
