  • Abstract People all over the world realizes that the changing climate become a rigorous test for the mankind, especially the greenhouse gas emissions that causes global warming and climate change has impacted our environment issues brings a broad concerns to the international community. Mankind rely on the natural resources of producing energy and activities, nearly close to 90% comes from the combustion of the fossil fuel produce of electric power, which result in a great amount of carbon dioxide emissions that causes environmental impact. Global statistics shows the basic energy demand will increase 45% during 2003-2030, the average annual growth rate of 1.6%. In 2050, the world's economy will grow four times compare to now; the huge energy demand will bring a excruciating pressure to the natural resource and the environment. The Kyoto Protocol signed by international community was effective on February 16, 2005, one of the subjects that the organization needs to focus on is how to effectively reduce the emissions of greenhouse gas. After the implementation of international environmental protection laws, many organization start to look into the Life Cycle Inventory, Life Cycle Impact Assessment, Life Cycle Interpretation and carbon footprint, even though these series of environmental protection laws can completely investigate and search the product¡¦s greenhouse gas emissions coefficient in the production process but it has neglected the production needs of ability resource depletion on the equipment and facilities. ISO/CD 50001 energy management system announced an IS rule on June, 2011, it has included all of the needed equipment and facilities for the production of resource depletion to be investigate and search object, and also improved the equipment of the energy depletion .
This research is the practice of the layer class method (AHP) on the structural analysis' judging by the equipment economy energy on the campus energy combine with 15 energies related professional scholar and professionals. Based on the lighting, air condition, electric power and thermal energy in the campus to interview and create questionnaires. Through the comparison of the matrix to calculate each main factor¡¦s influence level and powerfulness to understand the most suitable choice of the campus energy equipment selection of the different decision maker¡¦s economize on energy. The result shows: Illuminate the most suitable project of equipment's solve (Compositing Weight=0.731) for current conditions, the most suitable project of air-condition solve (Composite Weight=0.637) for standard, the most suitable project of electric power equipment solve (Composite Weight=0.470) for current conditions, and the most suitable project of thermal energy equipment solves for standard;(Composite Weight=0.598) The information could provide an reference for the organization to be based on.
In conclusion, to build an "integrated type of the energy equipment investigation and research standard process and management mechanism" provides a complete organization a standard process and the energy equipment¡¦s project improvement solutions choice. Through the complete investigation on the search and processing improvement selection, "integrated energy device interrogation report" this could be used for the organizations.
