| Abstract | The youth group is the hope of the country in the future. The study was to plan to confirm the youth groupˇ¦s requirements to enjoy a safe, convenient and healthy living environment. For example, matched the living functions with architectural layout will be the most appropriate, most important, most suitable way. The first part of this research adopted the document analysis method. The author collected and did the inductive analysis of the factors of the youth's lifestyle and environmental facilities, and sorted them out. The second part was each request about living environment and space layouts by practical cases, and analyzed the correlations between living habits and space demand. Last, the author conducted an expert or questionnaire survey to understand the needs and views of the youth on the living environment and space requirement. The purpose of the research was to construct friendly factors that are suitable for the living environment and space suitability of young people. For example, there were two points of ˇ§life functionsˇ¨ in the research were respectively the convenience of transportation and the convenience of external transportation, and adjacent to convenience stores and snack bars, within a 10-minute walk. Furthermore, there were 4 points in the "architectural layout" part, the building mass planning should have well shading, lighting and ventilating. The living room, dining room, bedroom, restroom and balcony should be planned comfortable. In terms of building equipment planning, each household should equip independent water meter, complete fire-fighting equipment, and clear evacuation routes. |
