| Abstract | Abstract In order to improve the quality of foreign labor intermediary services, Ministry of labor development of labor department has been conducting evaluations every year since 2004, Continues to promote quality and healthy development of foreign labor intermediary market through intermediary evaluation and illegal investigation. This study applies literature review, expert questionnaire survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to investigate different types of 319 foreign labor agencies in Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli. The results show that the "other items" are important aspects of the evaluation of the service quality of private employment services. "The ratio of unknown aliens and the measures of search" and "comprehensive score" are the two important indicators in the evaluation, Expert interviews, there is a gap in practical application between evaluation indicators and real service quality. |
