Abstract | Based on the formation of health and sports, the local government vigorously promotes, safe, convenient and diversified citizen camp sports fitness centers have been established, and become a new choice for public health and leisure life. This study will survey the three well-known fitness club consumers of fitness club consumer participation motivation and satisfaction, the difference between the three clubs in the consumer participation motivation and satisfaction factors in comparison under different backgrounds. This study is divided into two parts: the 1st. part is the application of analytic hierarchy process, the three fitness club consumers as the research object, and to "Fitness Club consumer participation motivation and satisfaction scale" as a research tool, using convenience sampling, from November 15, 2016 to December 5, 2016, 120 questionnaires were issued, Recovery and elimination of effective questionnaires were 97, the recovery rate was 80.8%. The second part is verified by SPSS software. The results showed that: 1st., in different gender, age, education, income and occupation of consumers in the participation factors, consumer factors and motivation of the attention of the "health and fitness", followed by "demand" and "entertainment", and "importance" of the interpersonal relationship the lowest; 2nd., different age, marital status and education of consumers in satisfaction, the most satisfying "coaches", followed by "benefit" and "sports curriculum content", "equipment" the lowest satisfaction. The results of this study can provide reference for the relevant industry to develop sports health leisure industry and formulate relevant marketing strategies. |
