Abstract |
This study aims to explore the impact of gamified disaster prevention education on preschool children's disaster awareness. The research employs a fire escape and earthquake evacuation game experiment design, conducted at Bodhi Kindergarten in Yilan County. The process and results of the gamified disaster prevention education were shared with kindergarten teachers and firefighters, who were then surveyed through questionnaires. Additionally, interviews were conducted with experts who have extensive experience in disaster prevention education and related fields. The findings indicate that gamified disaster prevention education enhances preschool children's disaster awareness, increases their interest in learning about disaster prevention, and improves the effectiveness of their learning. This study provides an innovative dynamic game-based teaching model for disaster prevention education in kindergartens, offering significant reference value for improving the effectiveness of disaster education for preschool children nationwide. |
