Keyword | |||
Abstract | In Yilan County, there are currently long road tunnels such as Hsuehshan Tunnel in the north and Suhua Improvement in the south. The tunnel fire has the characteristics of high heat,heavy smoke, and rapid growth. Once a disaster occurs, it may cause considerable casualties and losses, so the personnel of the Yilan County Fire Department basically need to have the concepts and skills of fire rescue in long road tunnels. This study research whether the planning of long road tunnel fire rescue training in domestic is effective for participating students, and researches on the actual tunnel fire rescue cases, analysis and comparison of long road tunnel fire rescue training at home and abroad, and participating students' questionnaire surveys. This research has the following conclusions on the improvement of training effectiveness in the three aspects of system, course design and training facilities: 1. System orientation: the ratio of instructors to students is about 2:5, the maximum number of students in a class is 20, all students are from the same institution (unit), the overall training time is 2 weeks, the training is conducted in grades, and the participants can return to the training if they have been over two years. 2. Course design orientation: set up dedicated instructors, add courses such as "field visits of long road tunnels under the jurisdiction of various agencies (units)", "computer simulation of military chess exercises", "fire rescue training of small trucks", "fire rescue of buses". 3. The training facilities are oriented to: add heavy smoke generators, simulated fire points for small truck (car), simulated fire points for large truck (bus), increase the length of tunnels, and simulate the sound effects when accidents occur. |
