Title | Investigation of Random Wave Overtopping on a Stepped Embankment |

Keyword | |||
Abstract | Abstract In this study, the hydraulic model experiment is mainly used to investigate the variation of theinvestigation of random in the stepped embankment and the slope type embankment. The model scale is 1:50, using different step heights to match the step length change, and matching the step height and the ladder. The slope of the slope formed by the length, and the stepped slope on the platform of 125 mm high and 500 mm long, the gradient slope formed by the stepped embankment and the stepped embankment is used, and the fixed step height is used to discuss whether there is a platform or not. The more the wave quantity is explored by experiment; theinvestigation of random group under different periods is used, and the wave condition generated by the step height and the step depth under different conditions and the oblique wave under the same step slope is discussed. Under the ladder condition, the minimum wave amount can be achieved when the wave is matched. Tests show that the general overshoot is likely to occur on shallow water waves with large periods, but not necessarily at 1.5 sec in the T1/3 period, and some at 1.4 sec. The slope of the theoretical step is smoother and more turbulent. The smaller the amount, but this is not the case in this test, but most of them are correct. Some minority parts are not. The relationship between the ladder and the stepped wave on the platform is that the step height is 9 mm and 15 mm. Step, when there is a platform, the overtopping is larger than the stepless embankment without platform (except for the step height of 12 mm), but if the slope is more than the slope of the platform, the step height is 9 mm and 12 mm. It is larger than the ramp wave on the platform; the ramp wave with a step height of 15 mm is smaller than the ramp wave on the platform. Using this test to observe the difference between different step heights and different step lengths and slopes, it can be found that the stepped dike is better than the inclined embankment. This kind of dike method is more beautiful for coastal protection and can provide people to rest and sightseeing on the coast. It can maintain the natural ecology. It is better than the method of using only the wave-blocking block |
