  • Abstract ¡@¡@This study focuses on the importance of pre-treatment operations before polyurea coatings. Different pre-treatment methods were designed in the study to investigate the effects of primer and adhesion, and the correlation between the thickness and adhesion of polyurea coatings.
    ¡@¡@The test results show that¡G According to the on-site operation test of the site, the same primer, compared with different pretreatment methods, the adhesion of the base after heavy grinding and high pressure cleaning is greater than the adhesion of the heavy grinding treatment. And about 70% higher. In the experiment, the substrate was treated with different substrates, and the crosswise comparison was made in three ways: the adhesion of the primer after the regrind of the substrate was greater than the adhesion of the primer after the light grinding. When the substrate is reground and then subjected to high pressure cleaning, the adhesion of the epoxy primer is higher than that of the lightly ground polyurethane primer. Correlation of adhesion of polyurea coating thickness to adhesion shows that the adhesion is inversely proportional to the thickness of the polyurea coating. That is, as the thickness of the polyurea coating increases, the adhesion is degraded.
