| Abstract |
A procedure is In view of increasing letters of notice sent by the community management committee, the amount of unreceived letters as well as pressure of manpower are also growing. The traditional processes of collecting parcels, posting notice and charging management fee take lots of time which surmounts the administration in the community management committee, resulting in low effectiveness. The present study adopts HTML5 and PHP along with MYSQL data bank. A traditional waterfall life-cycle model is used for system analysis. The study improves the traditional processes of collecting parcels, posting notice and charging management fee practiced in the community management committee. The use of texting greatly reduces paper notice Moreover, the more effective way of collecting parcels and charging management fee significantly minimize workload. |
