| Abstract | The price for material IR yarn in market is so high that products, such as blanket, cloth and sox, could not be population, even it is well known that this kind of material has better performance to human health. The object of this study is aimed at finding possibility of cost reduction for material IR yarn. The study methodology is described as followsĄG four types of certified mix yarn with specific proportions are used as basic substances, and then they are processed as product to assess their procedures and evaluate their own unit price. The possibility of cost reduction can be discussed. According to test results from four recipes owned specific proportion, the experiments shows sample numbering NE-02634 is the best cost benefit for development on market scale, which is compliance with specification of IR test on textile. |
