Abstract |
This article suggests the relationship between the disposal action on the scene and the time stay of firefighters, collection 281 cases in 2016 and 2017, taking Xindian District for example, which analyzes the relationship between the length of the timestay and the disposal action on the scene performed by two or three firefighters in groups. After the anylzing, the result of three firefighters in groups performing Cardiopulmonary function stop is superior to that two in groups, whether the time distribution (within 20 minutes) on the scene or the successful efficiency of intubation medical care. In addition, the analysis of the documents and the interview of the experts suggest it can be achieved on the scene to shorten the staytimes of performing CPR function by modulizing the emergency care, positioning the leader charater in the emergency team members, regular training, the review of the video films on duty, building the scheduling system, and the regular portable CPR Thumper of the cardiopulmonary function stop, and the training of members on duty. |
