  • Abstract Nowadays, the use patterns of the buildings are becoming more diversified, the using of business premises is complex, and the risk factors are also increasing. In the increasingly the extensive service of safety inspection, it has caused the burden of security inspection colleagues. In order to improve the efficiency of the security inspection and enhance the quality of work. This study probes the inadequacies of current regulations. Under the appropriate procedures, we proposed three implementation options : The declaration of certificate inspection, the systems of the spot check and the optimization of sabbatical leave for the security personnel. So that it can alleviate the workload of security personnel.
In order to assess the effectiveness of the reporting system, this study studies about the Shulin security inspection team. The difference inspection time of the security personnel is mainly due to the type of fire equipment installed in the site. Therefore, according to the various places, there are six types of fire equipment. Through actual inspection and data analysis, we can improve the efficiency of security inspections by (1) the reporting after the fire equipment has passed the inspection, and (2) confirming the function of fire equipment by spot check. Due to policy considerations, the current manpower cannot be replenished. This study considers reducing the manpower standby for the holiday and the night, and adjusts the manpower to the daytime to optimize the manpower system. After the assessment this system can also improve the efficiency of security inspections.
This study analyzes and summarizes the various programs. Among them, the effect of improving the inspection system is the most significant. The optimization of the security personnel's sabbatical leave is second. The proposal can be used as a follow-up policy promotion direction to improve the efficiency of security inspection.
