||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Although the fire cases in Taiwan have dropped year by year in recent years, fires in detached houses have been high, which is because of the low penetration rate of fire alarms installed in general houses, when the fires break out, the opportunities of initial fire extinguishing are often lost and people have no time to escape, which causes great life casualties and property losses. With the residents of Xindian district, New Taipei City as the survey subjects, part 1 analyzed the background of the subjects, current situations of installation, purchase information, quantity and location of the devices, factors of non-installation and inducement factors of installation. In part 2, a survey was conducted on the sales at the market. In part 3, interviews were conducted with four experts, and then the recommendations were summed up. After the statistical analysis and conclusions in the three Parts above are integrated, the deficiency and improvement space of the current laws and regulations are put forward, and reference and suggestions are proposed for how the State and governments improve the penetration rate of fire alarms and how the public awareness of fire prevention is enhanced. |
