  • Abstract In recent years, with the increase of population, the districts have developed rapidly, the economy has grown rapidly, and the use of land has become more diverse and concentrated. This has led to the formation of the old street business districts, often with vendors and shelters, causing old streets and surrounding areas. The road is too narrow, and it is accompanied by a large number of daily crowds pouring into the necessities of purchasing and living, thus increasing the difficulty of fire rescue.
    This paper intends to carry out fire simulation rescue for the narrow roadway and building characteristics of Laojie Old Street, to explore the rescue methods that can be carried out in the event of fire, and to use vehicle equipment, manpower, narrow roadway and site conditions, etc., by questionnaire and war chess. The way of deduction is to analyze the correlation between fire rescue and equipment, manpower and environment, so as to analyze how to effectively improve the effectiveness of the old street rescue disaster when the fire damage occurs in the old street, and formulate the fire rescue plan in case of disaster in Laojie. And the allocation of disaster relief vehicles to improve the timeliness of fire rescue and reduce the loss of people's lives and property.
    The research conclusions show that by actually implementing the actual rescue plan drills, the firefighters can improve the resilience of the fire rescue in the first time, effectively improve the rescue capability of the fire protection organs, and implement the fire prevention and disaster prevention, so that local residents and businesses can improve the disaster prevention awareness.
