Abstract | According to TechCrunch¡]2017¡^, U.S. consumers now spend 5 hours per day on mobile devices and more than half their time (51 percent) in social media. Up to the 2.8 billion people in the world use the social network at least once a month on average. Then whether the motivations of consumers to use social media network are related to their subjective well-being is the subject of this study. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the above topics using SPSS statistical software to carry out factors analysis, 5 facets of motivations and 3 facets subjective well-being was found. All factor loading exceeded 0.5, while the Cronbach Alpha values were all above 0.78, both of them meet the statistic requirements. In further analysis this study found that there is existing significant relationship between these two constructs. |
