Abstract |
The distribution channels become more and more complicated. Facing the complicated distribution channels, the HRM is challenging. The traditional performance indicators in HRM are not enough to apply to the new situation. It needs a novel, theoretical and objective methodology to tackle such new situation. This paper proposes a probabilistic approach to tackle the multi-channel distribution process. It cannot only do the performance evaluation as a whole, but also evaluate each individual on a fair basis, and provides a novel scientific management approach for the companies. |
