| Abstract | A study on effectiveness of implementing the fire protection system in welfare institutions of the elderly-with Banciao District, New Taipei City as an example The main purpose of this study is to analyze effectiveness of implementing the fire protection system in welfare institutions of the elderly, and such result can be used as reference when firefighters supervise and perform duties of fire protection system. The research methodology was using self-designed questionnaire concerning about administrators implementing the fire protection system welfare institutions of the elderly and administrators of those institution in Banciao District , New Taipei City were selected as samples in this study. There were 47 valid questionnaires among all send out questionnaires to be analyzed. The result suggests (1) Administrators have understood most of fire protection business and consider that discipline and knowledge are sufficient but lack of effective execution. (2) Administrators have insufficient ability of self-inspection to fire-fighting facility. (3) Administrators shall reinforce single motion process in Self-protect fire protection training. (4) Firemen were receive positive affirmation when they instructed fire protection business and verified Self-protect fire protection training.(5) Administrators did not take the implemention of the fire protection system seriously. At the final, the statistical result of this study will provide to firefighter, fire prevention manager and administrator in welfare institutions of the elderly as reference when implementing and promoting the fire protection system business. |
