Abstract | The purpose of this study is to find the best route plan for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting¡]ARFF¡^. Currently, ARFF mission is deployed by the empirical rule, subjective judgments, manuals, and handbooks related. Therefore, the rescue plan normally comes up with a single route without considering the time to arrive the destination. Finding a rapid, efficient route planing support system, is the purpose of this thesis. With the support of Ant Colony System (ACO) and Google Earth Maps, possible rescue route plans and the best option can be simulated among fire sites. According the analysis results, Ant Colony System (ACO) can provide the multiple-choice route plans within 30 seconds, which meets the 3 minutes imitation for rescue mission, fulfills the operation requirement for the base Commander. |
