||
| Keyword | |||
| Abstract | Performance evaluation of merchandise sales is a common daily task that enterprises must face. There are various methods for evaluation in the literature, but if you consider the situation of non-purchase behavior, it is a topic worth exploring. The so-called non-purchase behavior refers to the situation when a customer enters the product selection process, but chooses not to purchase and leaves the process. This is also a common situation encountered in the current retail industry. This article proposes a new product sales performance evaluation method that can consider consumers' non purchasing behavior. This article also proposes a numerical example of pet product sales to illustrate this method and provide reference for the business community. |
