Abstract | An aging society has become the normal state of society, and the future is about to move towards a super-elderly society. This study believes that under the most economic unit space and the required cost, basic living space (such as bedroom (including bedroom Dressing room)/kitchen/dining room/living room/bathroom/corridor/sports rest area, etc.) is currently an urgent issue. In the first phase of this study, a literature analysis method was used to collect an inductive analysis of eldersˇ¦ physiological functions, lifestyles, and environmental facility factors; the second phase of the study used case analysis to analyze the behavioral characteristics of elderly peopleˇ¦s use of ˇ§livingˇ¨ space and related equipment. Investigation; the third stage is to observe the needs of senior citizens for living space and related equipment on the spot, analyze the relationship between their behavior and living space, and finally conduct an expert questionnaire/respondent approval survey to propose that senior citizens "live ˇ¨Space/facility configuration and living requirements coexist planning. The purpose of the study is to construct friendly factors suitable for the living space of the elderly, such as the "space planning" and "equipment configuration" of the living space, including: 1. Safety equipment (such as handrails and breakpoint reminders, anti-slip floor , Night lighting wall lights, alarm bells). 2. Convenience equipment (such as movable coffee table, sit-ups and assistive devices, cabinets have lifting function). 3. Functional equipment (such as constant temperature facilities, soft objects (furniture & curtains). 4. Space required for wheelchair activities (such as passages, entrances, slewing widths, space under the lifting surface required for life, and fetching or operation The height required for residential equipment, etc.). |
