Abstract | The current social and industrial development is booming, and the population is concentrated in cities. To make full use of land resources and expand the commercial scope, the building has been gradually developed to high altitude, underground and complicated indoor passage, complex decoration materials, pipelines densely that have caused difficulty in fire rescue. In response to the demands of fire rescue, it strengths not only the software and hardware measures of the place itself, but also the fire department reinforces the essential knowledge of firefighters. In the perennial training of firefighters, there are many places that need to be strengthened and improved. It remains to be seen if the content of the half-yearly annual training plan can effectively improve the physical needs of firefighters or not. In this study, the impact of physical training on the amount of air respirators used in fire and disaster relief was used as the main axis of discussion. The 7 scenarios of firefighters in fire rescue were set as the test items, which were performed by the physical training model of running and weight training. Training, and compare the difference between the training results before and after. Finally, according to the experimental results, the most beneficial physical training model for firefighters is proposed for the reference of fire protection agencies to ensure the safety of firefighters. |
