Title | The Effect of Using Mechanical Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Machine on Survival Rate - Is Taken in New Taipei City | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a long-term first-aid process, which makes the rescuer vulnerable to fatigue and easily interrupts the rescue process, resulting in poor performance, resulting in insufficient chest pressure, depth and rate, resulting in insufficient patient cardiac output. , resulting in lowering the success rate of first aid. In recent years, New Taipei City has promoted the use of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine to replace the freehand CPR, and to provide a continuous and stable cardiopulmonary massage first aid for patients with acute and severe diseases in a fully automatic way, and strive for more survival opportunities before reaching the hospital. In this study, the statistical data of the emergency dispatch system of the New City Municipal Government Fire Department was used to count the patients who stopped the cardiopulmonary function in Xinbei City from 107 years ago, and the SPSS statistical software package was used for statistical analysis. A total of 2248 patients were counted. The study found that the use of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine does not necessarily have a significant difference in the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest, which may be due to policy and funding considerations, resulting in differences in the basic values of the data, until the New Taipei City team can fully use the machinery The cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine will have more annual data for analysis and further confirm its relevance. The presence or absence of a mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine does not necessarily have a significant difference in the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest; the use of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and treatment as an analysis found that the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest is not necessarily significantly different; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and emergency time analysis found that the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction was not necessarily significantly different; whether the use of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and treatment as a first aid time analysis found that the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest was not necessarily significant difference. |
