| Abstract | The esssay talks about how to reduce the drowning incidents happen and save the victimsˇ¦ lives more efficiently by on-site lifesaving.The method is to set up many lifesaving sticks which are made of bamboo and buckets on every unguarded lifesaving spot.In that case, as drowning incidents happen,people can use the lifesaving stick to rescue the drowning person at first time and reduce the comsumption of firefightersˇ¦ manpower. The result shows that there are eight successful lifesaving cases by using the lifesaving sticks to rescue at Wulai and Pinglin district in 2014,In which there are five by publics and three by firefighters.Therefore,setting up the lifesaving sticks on every unguarded spot will let people use them at first golden time to reduce the drowning incidents and consumption of firefightersˇ¦ manpower.The method of lifesaving in this essay will be used at every water areas in Taiwan,it will make rescue missions for drowning more efficient and successful. |
